This curricular unit is intended to support students in developing practical work and research, which helps the result of this Master's. In this sense, and complementing the subjects addressed in the different CUs, this seminar will aim, in addition to introducing concepts related to research in education and entrepreneurship, to promote the possibility of listening to national and international speakers with recognised expertise in these areas. , to bring us the latest trends in education in general, and in entrepreneurship education in particular, as well as on essential themes of entrepreneurship and world movements.

  • Understand the concept of theoretical and applied research;
  • Enable for the practical development of research work;
  • Understand, and know how to use, in a perspective of practical application, the prominent national and internationaltrends about entrepreneurship in order to promote the development of work adjusted to the reality of the current socio-economic context;
  • Design and develop the work of a research project, which allows the realization of the dissertation.

  1. Mastery of the essential aspects of research in the field of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship ingeneral
  2. Ability to design final course work, in strict compliance with the requirements of an in-depth theoretical or practicalresearch work, from the domain of the main techniques and principles for its preparation
  3. In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the specific area of each of the works to be developed, allowing thedevelopment of more updated works, and better adapted to future social development
  4. Enabling students to better perform their professional activities in the field of entrepreneurship
