The curricular unit on project management will allow the analysis of the measures and activities that enable the monitoring and control of the execution of a plan to achieve the previously established results. In addition to the fundamental concepts of project management, the primary stages of project preparation will be deepened: conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
