This course aims to prepare students for understanding the reality of training for adults with little schooling. At the end of the course, learners will be able to identify methods and procedures used in situations of social and labour integration and to propose a guide for the resolution of similar cases. The goal is to analyse the ways in which they are designed and implemented the practices of education and training for adults with little schooling, its organization and operation, its structural elements in order to achieve that best meets the objectives that are intended achieve.

  • Identify action logics inherent to the practices of education and training;
  • Identify methods and procedures used in a situation of socio-labour integration;
  • Propose a guide for the resolution of typical cases.

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
