This course aims to apply management knowledge
acquired during the course using a
multidisciplinary approach for the development of
a business project or an intra-organizational
project. It is intended to promote the application
of teaching methods focused on the student, that
encourage the development of entrepreneurial
spirit, teamwork, discussion, sharing and creating
a participatory learning environment
interconnected with national and international
business environment

− Knowledge in order to identify and evaluate
opportunities and capability to solve an
organizational problem.
− Skills to apply management knowledge in a
multidisciplinary way to develop a business
model or an intra-organizational project;
− Skills to make a public presentation of the
project;
− Capabilities to work in a team and develop
suitable group dynamics.

The course unit program is divided into six parts:

  5. Marketing
  6. Financial Atrategy

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 or 3 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a presence-based knowledge assessment (oral presentation) in the end of the semester (60%).

Very good computer skills; Computer vocabulary; Word processing and excel; Internet.
Basic texts are written in Portuguese, however students are recommended to be competent in English because complementary readings may be in English.
