The curricular unit on project management will allow the analysis of the measures and activities that enable the monitoring and control of the execution of a plan to achieve the previously established results. In addition to the fundamental concepts of project management, the primary stages of project preparation will be deepened: conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation.






  • Deepen the concepts of the project, risk, and opportunity management;
  • Know the relevance of quality management, process indicators, and performance in project development;
  • Define the structure of an entrepreneurial project.

Evaluation is made on individual basis and it involves the coexistence of two modes: continuous assessment (60%) and final evaluation (40%). Further information is detailed in the Learning Agreement of the course unit.
