This master's degree results from a partnership with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Nova University of Lisbon (FCSH-UL) and its main objectives are: deepening knowledge in the field of teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL); promoting digital literacy and intercultural communication by focusing on the two aspects that constitute the greatest challenges faced by society and schools in recent times: the increasingly multilingual and multicultural dimension of societies and the evolution of new technologies; discovering new teaching methodologies and promoting the continuous training of teachers of English as a foreign language.

O número total de créditos para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Didática do Inglês é de 90 ECTS, distribuídos por 3 semestres. Os dois primeiros correspondem à componente curricular, constituída por 6 Unidades Curriculares (5 obrigatórias e 1 opção livre) conforme especificado no quadro abaixo, correspondendo a um total de 60 CTS. O semestre do 2.º ano do curso é dedicado à elaboração da Dissertação ou do Trabalho de Projeto, a que se atribuem 30 ECTS.
