This course intends to present the dynamics of jus-labour system, in order to provide students with tools for the performance of their respective professional activities. Bearing in mind this purpose it will be addressed the basic concepts of labour law, primarily focused on the individual relationship work and seeking, whenever possible, illustrate them with court decisions and revealing practical application of these concepts.

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
