This course unit introduces fundamental features for defining and building a business communication process.

The Communication Process
1. Characteristics of the communication process and its basic elements.
2. Communication theories.
3. Communication as a circulatory device of Organizations.
4. The contribution of several communication schools towards the traditional classical model.
It is considered mandatory bibliography one that perhaps is recommended as required reading in the study materials.
Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 or 3 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a presence-based final exam (p-folio) in the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final presence-based exam (100%).
