Courses Degree in Environmental Sciences
General Biology I (21012) started the study of Biological Sciences with unified and integrated themes: the cell – structure and energetics; reproduction and hereditariaty; the evolutionary species concept – diversity, systematics and ecology. The aim of this Curricular Unit/Course is to strengthen students’ expertise in Microbiology, Plant Biology and Animal Biology.

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
