The course Management Information Systems will present the fundamental concepts related to information systems and technologies that can be used to support the management activities of organizations in general and retail companies in particular. It is intended to present different types of systems and technologies, methods and techniques of development and their alignment with the strategic, tactical and operational objectives of organizations.

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
