The curricular unit seeks to develop strategic thinking, although without neglecting the tools of the positioning or design schools. The course is organized around the following major topics: basic concepts, external analysis of the company, internal analysis, strategies at the business unit level, corporate strategies, internationalization strategies, strategy development and business strategy for sustainable development.

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
