The objectives of this Curricular Unit are the following:

- Use the main concepts of commercial law

- Distinguishing commercial acts from civil acts

- Defining legally the traders

- Characterize the different stages of life of commercial companies in particular its constitution, operation, modification and termination.

- Identify and characterize the tangible and intangible assets that traders use in their activity

- Listing and featuring different types of commercial contracts

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
