This course unit aims at:
•Introducing the main concepts regarding Information technology Systems;
•Analyzing methods and techniques of development information systems in organisations;
•Studying information modelling techniques.

2. Information and Communication Technologies in Organizations
3. Development of Information Systems
4. Systems Modeling Using UML Language
5. Relational Model
6. Design of Information Systems

Continuous assessment is privileged: 2 digital written documents (e-folios) during the semester (40%) and a final digital test, Global e-folio (e-folio G) at the end of the semester (60%). In due time, students can alternatively choose to perform one final exam (100%).
